What Color Represents Your Personality

We all have favorite colors, whether it be our favorite color to wear in clothes, trendy jewelry or what color's we prefer in our home. Have you ever stopped to think about what those color choices say about your personality? I have so I thought I would do a little research. Here is what I found.

WHITE: Do you tend to wear a lot of white? White as you probably knows represents purity and youth.

TURQUOISE: Turquoise is a very popular color in fashion jewelry today and comes in many different styles from chunky turquoise stone necklaces to turquoise bangle bracelets. If you love turquoise, you tend to be imaginative and creative with a cool exterior, but often have inner turmoil.

BLUE: Blue is a calming color and people who love blue tend to be conservative and introspective. They are often wary of new fads and prefer the safe route in life.

PINK: Pink is a very maternal color and is generally liked by calm and sensitive people who prefer to avoid conflict.

RED: Red is a vibrant and aggressive color. It is usually worn by people who love to be in the limelight and have outgoing personalities.

GREEN: Is a very natural wholistic color and is often worn by people who are caring and concerned about others. It is also a calming color and invokes warmth in a home.

YELLOW: Is the most vibrant color in the spectrum and invokes the image of a sunny day. It is often worn by happy, cheerful people and looks great when combined with other colors.


So the next time you reach for your favorite yellow shirt or your yellow gold trendy jewelry think about how it represents your personality. Of course, we are all very complex beings and go through diffent periods in our lives where we tend to choose specific colors that reflect our mood.
